Cost to sponsor monthly luncheon $500

     Door Prize is also recommended to draw participants

     Door Prize: Drawings will be held promptly at 12:20. Drawing is from business cards of members in attendance. Vendor can keep the business cards from the door-prize drawing.

     Before lunch approximately 12:15, the sponsor will have 10 minutes to introduce themselves; speak about their company and services; talk with ALA members; hand out business cards. A small table will be available at no charge for handout materials. When members sit for lunch at 12:30, the vendor sponsor will leave the meeting.

     The sponsor will be promoted in all emails related to luncheon and promoted on the Home Page of the Chapter Web Site.

     Vendors interested in sponsoring a luncheon meeting, should contact Pam Klavenski at pklavenski@wolriv.com or 757-470-5558. Or submit the Luncheon Sponsorship Form and a check for $500 payable to Hampton Roads ALA.

     The Hampton Roads Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators makes no guarantee as to the number of members who will attend. However, we currently have about 34 members, and on average half of the members regularly attend monthly meetings. Meetings are usually held on the fourth Thursday of each month at Hits at the Park.
