This month's chapter luncheon will be held at Town Point Club in downtown Norfolk. TowneBank, Platinum Sponsor, will be sponsoring and speaking at the luncheon.

 

Richard Herzberg will speak regarding how, if passed, the health reform will impact employers, employees and those obtaining coverage outside the group setting (individual coverage and Medicare).   There are always winners and losers in any change.  He will attempt to summarize who wins and who loses with what will be a massive legislative effort to reform health insurance.
