  This month's chapter luncheon will be held at Willcox & Savage. in the Wells Fargo Center - 440 Monticello Avenue Suite 2200.

  Sherran Denkler from Habitat for Humanity will be attending to provide an overview of their services as well as  safety overview for our upcoming Community Challenge Weekend project scheduled for October.

  • Exit onto City Hall Avenue (Exit #10)
  • Right onto St. Paul’s Blvd.

  This year, the HRALA will be working with Habitat for Humanity as part of our annual community challenge weekend.
  
  To help those in need tackle their every day challenges, the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) created its Community Challenge Weekend (CCW) program in 1999. The mission of CCW is to encourage ALA chapters, its members, firms, vendors, relatives and friends to come together to contribute time, energy and resources toward improving their own communities.
  
  2 ways to participate
  
  1.) Volunteer to Work Saturday, October 9th.
  
  If you would like to participate as a volunteer please register to attend the event here on our website. Registration is open to anyone and we encourage you to bring volunteers along with you.
  
  2.) Make a Donation Online

  You and a guest are cordially invited to HRALA's annual Holiday

  Party scheduled for Thursday, December 2, 2010 at 6:30 p.m.

  at McCormik & Schmick's located at 211 Market Street, Virginia

  Beach, VA 23462.  There will be a cash bar, appetizers, dinner

  and dessert. 

   

  The Chinese auction (gift exchange) was a big hit last year, we

  have decided to bring it back this year.  Therefore, please bring

  a wrapped gift with no tags and try not to spend more than

  $25.00.  This is open to members and guests so bring one gift 

  per person.  The gift can be alcohol but please NO gag gifts.  

  If you choose not to bring a gift than you will not be able to
